hurryinghoosier5 Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 I feel like in order for this team to have success, they must get the ball to Thomas Bryant in crunch time. There is no more Yogi time. It's Thomas time now. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Brass Cannon and HoosierAloha 2 Quote

Hopefully, having a season with him they're used to a big fella and what it can do to their game. I like all the options (RoJo, JBJ, CuJo, Hartman, OG, JMo, and from reports DD) to knockdown open threes when the going gets tough for the opponent in the paint! IUsafety 1 Quote

HoosierTrav Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 Been seeing pictures of DeRon Davis on campus on Twitter. So excited about our team. He is a big boy with a good skill set. Being vastly overlooked. Sent from my iPad using BtownBannersCompletely agree. Vastly overlooked. Guy is going to be very difficult to keep on the bench. Defends and rebounds so well. Can knock down jumpers. I love our frontcourt. This is the best frontcourt we've had at IU in quite a long time. Chips&Dipo 1 Quote

Only needing Freshmen to contribute off the Bench is huge. Chips&Dipo 1 Quote

I think DeRon will benefit from having Juwaun, OG, and TB. He doesn't have to go in immediately and will be limited in minutes. This will allow him to develop and learn without crushing his confidence and motivate him, which will be beneficial to him in the long run. Quote

Brass Cannon Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 Green and Cujo are why I am ok with Tremont Waters. Having Taller guards that we can use when the need comes. This was a luxury we didn't have Yogis freshmen year against Syracuse. The Baby Bull 1 Quote

We already have 2 that are 6-3 and it hasn't really helped that much. You start taking 6-6 or 6-7 then we're getting somewhere. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

X-Hoosier Posted August 24, 2016 Author Posted August 24, 2016 Yep just give up on basketball. Waters is 5-11. He's like Yogi. Having a 6-2 Green and 6-4 Jones doesn't change from where we already have been. Which was Yogi at 5-11 and then RJ and JBJ at 6-3. We've already seen it.
