We committed 10 TO's in the first half which led to 12 points for IPFW.  In contrast, PUke is playing Howard and did not commit it's first TO until 2 min. into the 2nd half.

Because they've built a program over the course of years which consistently competes at a high level allowing them to easily recruit the players they want to fit their system and execute at the top of the league every year?
