I wish I would have seen the suggestions in this thread before my daughter was born two days ago. I pushed hard for Bobbi Knight (Spelling Bobby that way makes it the feminine version!) but the wife said no. Perhaps I should have come back with Quinn or Bailey. Oh well.

A couple at our Church just named their daughter Chaney (Lee).  I thought that was pretty cool and unique.

 

Just change the spelling to Cheaney and you got it!

I love that! Tried it though. Fiancée is way too stubborn. Once she caught on to the fact that I was pushing for IU player names, she shut the conversation down.

A big thanks to all for the congrats the past few days. I'm happy to say a new Hoosier was born today! Mom and Baby are doing great!

Thanks again for all of the congrats and naming tips the past few days. Sadly none of the IU greats made the cut.

But this thread is an example of why this place is so great. This is easily the best community for IU out there!

And sorry if I'm rambling...it's been a helluva day!
