I'm pretty sure it won't be completed until the 2016 season. So it should still be under construction this coming season.

He was hitting up the snack tray in the lobby. I heard they had good cookies.

But that can't be Hartman. He looks red-headed and he has 2 or 3 inches on Hanner. I also could be completely wrong.

Edit: But at the same time Troy and Emmitt are taller than Hanner in this too. I need to stop looking at this picture. It isn't good for me.
