It's that "addition by subtraction" thing. It effected the program in a positve way.

Yep kind of like ours.One transfer in particular along with the early draftee.We seem better for it .

Agreed.  This team is leaps ahead of past teams mentally...now if they can develop a killer instinct and learn to finish teams off when they are ahead double digits, they will be a really tough team.
