Alternate Uniform

If it makes them play better, make the alternate uniforms permanent. I am okay as long as it represents something from our history.

 

I would threaten to make them wear the short shorts if they don't start playing some defense.

To be fair, the same thing is happening on the Adidas and Under Armour circuits.

 

No doubt but Adidas doesn't have the same depth of players.  IF Thon attends college I would be willing to bet he goes to an Adidas school OR if a certain school dishes out enough money.

It's not that I dislike the "alternate" uniforms. It's more a matter of "style over substance". IU has not won back-to-back games since Jan 22 (Maryland at AH). They are displaying a "Jekyll and Hyde" schizophrenic personality on the court, and here we are discussing alternate uniforms.

Win some basketball games that you should be winning (Northwestern, Purdue) and play consistently from game to game. THEN we can talk about new uniforms.

Thank the Lord that IU has enough control that we're not wearing short sleeve tops, florescent unis, or zubaz shorts.
