Love the way Nebraska plays, I really have a lot of respect for Fred Hoiberg, such an underrated coach!

Hoiberg is a solid coach.  It took him 4 years to get it rolling at Nebraska.  Win totals his first 4 years at Nebraska were 7, 7, 10, and 16.  Many of the people on this board would have run him off. Hoiberg had a solid track record coaching at Iowa State, sometimes it just takes a few years to develop a program.

Good point....but how do you know when to give the coach 5+ years to build a program or when to cut him loose because he is never going to be successful? Also, expectations at Nebraska and Indiana are not the same, but with our recent track record maybe our expectations are too high?

Been watching Idaho St. the last couple days...They are on a heater!  Have they ever made it to the "Dance" before?  Down 4 to #1 Portland St. 59-55 8:09 left in the 2nd.

Ironically enough their last time they made the tourney was the year IU won it all.   1987

Hope you got the sound on because you would be listening to the best announcer for any small conference during champ week.   You put the brown thing in the round thing

A long those same  lines.  How many years in a row does disappointing on court results have to be before high expectations should be lowered?  At some point you are who you are with results

USPS been saying this since at least the last 2 hires!  Need a grinder to get us back to consistently making the tourney, winning record in the B1G, and then move back to the "Big Boy Table"!
