I get that, but no way this roster is 10th in the B1G, that's really kind of absurd right? Then again if we were to end up 10th, Woodson's firing shouldn't be a question.

Maybe the staff takes a run at TJ Power in the portal, we were in on him last time around IIRC.

Don't see many other big men on their roster who seem like a plausible fit on next year's team.

Sounds like it may be the case if not health. Pretty common when you’re the best coach in program history and then they think their assistant gets to be next in line. Literally almost everyone does it and all it really does is screw over the fan base and AD. It usually doesn’t work either, although there are some cases of mild success.

If that article has any sources whatever beyond rank speculation, it definitely sounds like the NIL and new college landscape was the driving force. 
 

It tipped Saban over the edge. Jay Wright. Dabo. I could see Izzo next.  
 

I get it.  that said…recruiting has always been dirty. And I can’t believe some of these guys find this new situation that odious compared to the old under-the-table way. It’ll surely find some equilibrium in the next few years anyways. I don’t have a lot of sympathy for these guys.
