It’s hard to say a 24-6 team has underperformed, but Purdue sure has.

Torvik had them going 14-6 in the Big Ten back in December when everyone was gushing over them. I wasn't as high on them as most were, but thought they would do better than that. He must really know his stuff.

I wish I could find that Purdue fan on Twitter that had the "You think you can hurt me?" background pic with pictures of Purdue losing 4 different heartbreaking games (North Texas, Virginia, Rutgers and Arkansas-Little Rock). These last two could easily be added to it. lol

Agree. Saving grace is if somehow Nebraska can get to NET 135 or above so that road win is a Q2. Currently 166.

Nebraska isn’t going to get to 135 on NET — they were at 166 before I believe. However, they will pass 160 — which moves our home win which was a quad 4 into a quad 3 since NET between 76 and 160 at home is quad 3.

Ohio state had a NET of 20 coming in….don’t know how much they will drop but my guess is it won’t be 11 or more spots so I think for now they would still be a quad 1 win.

still a bad night though as bubble teams did well.
