Not sure what he was trying to do but he was 1) in the restricted arc and 2) wasn't straight up. Big 1.o officials are gonna Big 1.o officiate though

Russell drove, got a bit of contact and -- no call. 
Ivy drove, got a bit of contact and -- got a foul. 
Scott drive, got a bit of contact and -- no call. 

Regardless, Scott shoulda tried a ball fake or something. Just going right along the baseline into that defense with a straight layup attempt wasn't smart.
