TheWatShot Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 Maybe it's because I've started watching games at levels lower than I'm used to, but does anyone else feel like there have been a lot more lane violations than normal this year? Depending on the offender and the result of the free throw there isn't always a whistle, but I feel like I'm seeing a lot more officials' arms going up while dudes lose their balance, flap their arms awkwardly and stumble into the lane before the shot goes up. Reminds me of my days as a tall, scrawny teenager when we had to wait until the ball hit the rim before we could enter the lane. I picked up a handful of lane violations because of that stupid rule.
