Here's what's on tap for tomorrow in our quest for the NIT:

MAC: #1 Buffalo vs. #8 Central Michigan, 12:00 p.m.

Mountain West: #1 Nevada vs. #8 UNLV, 3:00 p.m.

Big West: #1 UC-Davis vs. #8 UC-Riverside, 3:00 p.m.

Big Sky: #1 Montana vs. #8 North Dakota, 3:05 p.m.

Conference USA: #1 Middle Tennessee vs. #8 Southern Miss, 7:00 p.m.

WAC: #1 New Mexico State vs. #8 Chicago State, 9:00 p.m.

Go #1 seeds! Help us reach the Not Invited Tournament!

UPDATE: #1 Nevada 79, UNLV 74

#1 UC-Davis 70, UC-Riverside 66

#1 Montana 84, North Dakota 76

Nevada came back from 12 down early in the second half, survived after one of their players decided to run his mouth near an official with about a minute left and was T'd up.

Just need MTSU and New Mexico State to win later this evening and dreams of the NIT can dance through our heads for at least one more night.

They should make it regardless with how their non-con and SOS. Teams like Lville, Az St, Okie State (if they lose to KU) will be sweating it more.

Oklahoma State is clearly in. Louisville and Arizona State will be sweating it out

Oklahoma St will be sweating it out as much as those 2 you mentioned. They have some great wins but also have a rpi in the 80’s(no team in the 80’s have ever gotten an at large bid and their non con sos is 288. I agree that they should be in by how they are playing but  I project what they committee will do.  I have them right on the cut line

Maybe it's because I've started watching games at levels lower than I'm used to, but does anyone else feel like there have been a lot more lane violations than normal this year? Depending on the offender and the result of the free throw there isn't always a whistle, but I feel like I'm seeing a lot more officials' arms going up while dudes lose their balance, flap their arms awkwardly and stumble into the lane before the shot goes up.

Reminds me of my days as a tall, scrawny teenager when we had to wait until the ball hit the rim before we could enter the lane. I picked up a handful of lane violations because of that stupid rule.
