Question:  The last 12 months, there have been a number of off the court issues.  Guys like Jordy, Derek running the program.  How much has lack of 3-4 year leadership effect the problems?"

 

Answer:  "Maybe a little bit, but not as much as you would think.  it happens across the country.  It doesn't mean you look at it and say you don't take htose actions, but I think it's some poor choices.  Leadership matters the most when we aren't around, when nobody of authority is around and decisions have to be made that aren't easy.  That's probably what we are lacking.  You deal with it the best way and hope people will continue to grow and make the right choices.  When you don't you face the consequences."

Question:  Multiple failed drug tests, when was the first report come out.  

 

Answer:  I'm not sure what the ESPN report is saying, so really... unfortunately I'm not going to cover any more on that.  I don't check that constantly, but I've covered what I've covered.
