Freddie and the Moncton Magic had an afternoon game today and lost 101 - 91.  Freddie played 17 min. and had 10 pts. on 4-7 FG; 1-1 on 3's; 1-2 FT; 6 reb; 2 TO; 5 Fouls.

G-League resumed play following the NBA all-star break and the NBA resumes action today.  In other news, Newkirk is no longer with the Texas Legends but has joined the Long Island Nets (G-League) at least temporarily while one of its players participates in FIBA World Cup qualifying play for the Australian National Team.

Nice night for TB. 23/12/3 blocks. Averaging almost 10 and 6 as a 21 year old. The kid is going to play a long time as a rotational big. Love seeing someone who plays that hard getting rewarded. Have never gotten why there were so many folks who thought he couldn’t play.
