As someone who has watched every game since Victor joined the team either on TV or in person and even before that most games, I'm not ready to give up on them.  They are very young and just seem to be missing a few pieces.

well Vucevic has always been a sieve defensively (old school, slow mover, not a shotblocking threat either), and Vic and Payton aren't consistent/efficient scorers. Fournier was really hot to start the season, but has cooled off. It's tough for perimeter defenders to be effective when there is no help behind them. I also think the coach/org pushed them to make the playoffs to early, they're just not there yet.
