pap noted earlier that Thon Maker - Team Loaded is in this tournament. '16 SG Curtis Jones also plays for Team Loaded. I haven't looked into this tournament to much yet.

^^ Found a few other names. Blackwell has an offer and was @ HH last year. Morgan was also @ HH last year and plans to visit again before the end of summer.

Summer Jam Day 1 recap

TOP PERFORMERS Braxton Blackwell – 2016 – F – Atlanta Celtics 6-8 – CPA HS – Nashville, TN Versatility is the name to Blackwell’s game and that was on full display Wednesday night. Knocking down shots from the perimeter and attacking in transition, Blackwell finished with 20 points in a win over King James. Blackwell came on big in the second half to help the Celtics climb out of a double-digit deficit.

Summer Jam Day 2 recap

STAR WATCH Zion Morgan – 6-4 – SG – Chicago Lockdown – 2016 If Morgan is not considered a star, he will be in the future. He was very good in the mir-range against St. Louis Gateway. He was also able to get to the free-throw line on a regular basis. His length and athleticism will give defenders trouble frequently. Michigan, Northwestern, Butler and California are a portion of the schools that have reached out to Morgan already even though he has no scholarship offers right now.
Get him an offer Tommy! I like this kid and he has a motor...made a nice jump in the latest rankings to.

Jeff Rabjohns @JeffRabjohns
6-6 Chris Clarke showing his serious athleticism, just went baseline and dunked over 6-11 Thomas Bryant.
I agree. Clarke has good size and great athleticism. The shot isn't there but he really brings an explosiveness to the table. I guess it comes down to work ethic at this point, imho.

In the recent Dickie V article 'Roundball Chatter' he kind of hypes up Nick Zeisoft, mostly on his shooting and academic status. Now that Dick Vitale isn't commentating every big game it's not as painful and annoying to hear his amped up voice. We all know he loves IU basketball though, and you gotta love him for that.

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

The knock on Morgan was his outside jump shot and sounds like it's getting better. He had 22 the other night in this tournament to go along with this game. We were supposed to checkout Enis a few months back but couldn't make it.

Summer Jam Day 3 recap

Zion Morgan – 6-4 – SG – Chicago Lockdown – 2016 Kenwood Academy – Chicago, IL Morgan appears to be a wing on the rise. Scoring a game-high 21 points in a tight win over the Illinois Irish, Morgan showed the ability to create his own shot and knock down some tough, contested ones as well. Morgan also has good defensive anticipation, collecting a couple steals Friday night as well.

Curtis Jones – 6-3 – G – Team Loaded – 2016 Jones has a great combination as an explosive athlete and a good perimeter shooter. It is a tough combo to stop. He scored 18 points in a hard fought game against Mercury Elite. Team Loaded needed all of his production in order to get the victory.

Kiante Enis – 6-2 – G/F – UA GRIND – 2016 Enis is an extremely athletic wing from Indiana. He had a breakout game of 19 points and 8 rebounds against Playground Elite. He had a couple of dunks in traffic as well. His athleticism is a great tool to build around and his skill level is increasing.

Hoopniks ‏@Hoopniks 3m
Top performers and stat (points, rebounds, assist) leaders from Friday's action at the #UAAFinals in GA http://hoopniks.com/2014-uaa-finals-friday-recap/

Top Performers:

Justin Jackson, 6’8”, F, 2016
Jackson was impressive in a win against Team Felton on Friday afternoon. Driving down the lane for dunks, running the floor, and hitting outside jump shots propelled his 16U Canada Elite team to a win. Jackson showed good court awareness and seemed to always be in the right place at the right time while presenting a match-up nightmare due to his size and skill.

Derrick Jones, 6’7”, SF, 2015
Jones led his team to the semi-finals with one two fairly easy wins over Team Charlotte and Baltimore’s Finest on Friday. In his first game, Jones finished with 13 points on a cool 5-5 from the floor. The athletic and long swingman threw down several highlight worthy dunks and competed on the defensive side of the floor hardly breaking a sweat.

Donovan Mitchell, 6’3”, G, 2015
Built like a fullback, Mitchell used his upper body strength to create several easy scoring opportunities yesterday. In a loss he went 6-9 from the field to finish with 16 points. The fast rising senior also knocked down a three in addition to his strong drives to the basket. Despite playing on the farthest court in the gym, a few head coaches were seen checking out Mitchell including Brian Gregory of Georgia Tech and Mark Gottfried of N.C. State.
