I hope MSB Priller becomes a fan favorite----someone who went to the game said it is happening already when he loads to shoot!

Did anyone look closely at Priller's box score?  Decent stats in 8 minutes of play.

 

The positives: a 3 pointer---2 rebounds (1 offensive)--1 assist--1 block---1 steal.

 

The negative: 2 fouls.

 

Not bad for first game.

I love that you see the positive side of things because my automatic thought is, we were short handed, 7 scholarship players and 2 walk ons and he only got 8 minutes in an exhibition.

He is admittedly a fan favorite. I'll be pulling for him but I'll keep my hopes reasonable.

Good point --WayneFleek---and this is not directed at you or anyone in particular--Priller's taken a lot of crap from IU fans on this and other boards.  He was not brought in to be a starter this year. He and Hoosier Nation know he is a role player/situational player at IU like we have always had--- with the promise that with hard work he could earn more minutes.  My point being we need to recognize when a role player has a good game too.  I am happy for him to be getting some positive feedback after all the negativity and hate directed at him earlier.

 

Not a bad stat line in limited minutes. Shows he  was active out there!

I can see where MSB could frustrate the hell out of B1G coaches.  (and players for that matter)    He's a weapon most teams have no answer to....MSB for class president!

I think he's going to be fun to watch---yet another Hoosier who won a high school all star game 3 point shooting competition! His was in Texas with a lot of other D1 players.
