Hoosiers lead for Stepaniak.

Over the last few years the IU staff has had good success recruiting the Cincinnati area, and they hope to continue that with the 2015 class. One of the top targets for Indiana in Southwest Ohio is Simon Stepaniak from Hamilton (OH) Ross H.S. The 6-foot-4, 287-pound offensive lineman told Peegs.com that at this time there is one school that is standing out above the rest.

Yup. And he's a 17 yr old kid. Who wouldn't want to brag when offers keep rolling in?

This. Plus you should look at it like this: If the good schools are not offering after they commit, they are not seeing anything that interests them.

Stepaniak, who is 6 feet 5 and 310 pounds, plans to visit Louisville on Nov. 29 for an official visit when the Cardinals host UK. He also plans to visit Indiana after that. West Virginia has also been in consideration for a visit.

Butts said Stepaniak was a little worried when Decatur Central (Ind.) QB Tommy Stevens flipped his commitment from Indiana to Penn State.

"I think he will stay at IU if they don't lose anyone else," Butts told Cincinnati.com. "He told me really likes Coach (Greg) Frey (the offensive line coach) and cannot imagine telling him he's going somewhere else."
