Indiana Pacers 2.0

Tired of hearing about loyalty and how the organization, specifically Bird, lacked it. Sorry, but loyalty is just a concept, a concept that has very little, or at least should have very little, place in sports. Funny thing is a lot of the people who are talking about the lack of loyalty by the organization, would more than likely have had no issue with Granger leaving after this year.

I like the move on several different levels:

1.  Upgrade to scoring off of the bench

2.  We only took back expiring deals so no money is tied up in regard to resigning Lance.

3.  If Lance gets a crazy offer that we don't match, ET is a decent backup plan as a restricted FA.

4.  Maybe now we will see Cope get some extended minutes in the rotation.

Just an update on when we can expect to see Turner and Allen in uniform. According to Candace Buckner they are going to meet with the team on Monday, so it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that they play Tuesday against the Lakers. Would anticipate they would make their debuts no later than next Thursday against the Bucks

So I'm guessing Rasual will get the minutes Saturday night that had been going to Danny. I'd love for Vogle to give Cope a shot to see what he can do.

Same here with Cope. He gave us good minutes on Wednesday night against Minnesota, one of the few, really 2, guys who did.  But I would anticipate Butler getting some of Granger's minutes

Hope it's Tuesday cuz I'll be there. Gonna see them against the lakers and then the warriors the week after.

The Pacers managed to blow a 22 point lead to the Bucks. PG and West only 2 that are playing well at all. Hill doing nothing... shocking.

He has an upper respiratory infection he is dealing with. Also, PG and West have the two biggest mismatches in the game, they should be playing well. Ian has been great off the bench, as has Butler

But still, can't be blowing 22 point leads to the worst team in the NBA.
