Floyd wouldn't go to the mat just to get a bigger payday and risk ruining his legacy. If anything, he would use this as a warm up fight to do a Pacquiao rematch.

Yeah but still more interesting and likely more competitive than watching an MMA fighter step in the ring with one of the most accomplished boxers of this generation.

McGregor started off training in boxing before going to MMA, but that's been a while.  I don't think it'll be that competitive; he's got about as much chance under boxing rules as Mayweather would have under MMA rules.

A second Pacquaio match may bring in some money, which is all it'd be about, but I don't see it being any better than the first one.  Mayweather would run 12 miles, give a hundred hugs, and throw a few punches for points.

Last I read is they were going to review the scoring, but wouldn't change the result.  From what I read at one point the ref was close to stopping the fight, if that's the cause he got totally screwed.

They reviewed and came to the conclusion it was justified from independent judges. A couple days ago.

Today I heard a radio talk show host claim that mcgregor was being outwardly racist towards Floyd in the press conference because he used the word "boy." Smh

I understand where they're coming from, but I think the "dance for me" was mocking his fighting style and the "boy" is just a common word they use in Ireland. Kind of like "lad".

I use the word "boy" when trash talking. I've never heard or thought of the word being racist.

I haven't really either, but that seems to happen quite a bit with words these days.
