Not to brag or anything...

But Anthony Leal is indeed a B1G caliber player, as I said many years ago.

Yep, you were right and I was thinking about that yesterday. He absolutely deserved a chance when you were beating the drum — you were convinced he could play, I (and others) at least thought he ought to get a chance to succeed or fail because he was clearly no worse than the alternatives.

You have every right to victory lap.

Galloway and Leal both will probably be somewhat underrated, I think, for different reasons. Galloway was often asked to do more than was ideal for him, and Leal didn’t get a fair shot until so late.

It would be great to watch them go out on a high note.

Not a huge deal but when the game was in hand and OSU was inbounding with less than a second, I was hoping Woody would take the seniors out one at a time for an ovation, and it also gives the folks at the end of the bench — walkons or Dallas James or whomever — a chance to get in the box score one last time.

Worth considering this as “The Ned Pfau Game?”

With 12:00 left and IU down 46-36, Ned saves a possession when OSU was about to get a turnover.

IU goes on a 13-3 run and outscores them 30-14 the rest of the way.

Good on you Ned! Good on you.

The anti-Bartman for the Cubs!
