Tough matchup for third day in a row. Not a super deep team and we lack a go-to scorer. Lot of great pieces on the roster but Mackenzie’s absence highlights the lack of a scorer/focal-piece.

We don’t have the depth and without Syd it was always gonna be a tough ask. But these refs also let the game get far to physical from the tip which highly benefits UNC’s “physical” style of play. We’re getting mugged every time we go through the lane.

All the hustle, effort, fighting, and etc doesn’t do much good if you can’t shoot pure when open consistently and make shots and score in traffic.

This looks like IU when I first started watching years ago. Turnovers, no team play, no shooting, no defense

We don't have one person who can score in this game right now.

Wow, that is about all I can say.  How do we have no offense or effort? Why are there so many errant passes? Where is the leadership from this team? How is CTM sitting on the bench like a deer in headlights?

I sure would like to have seen the Columbia and Baylor games. 

Maybe it's fatigue. Maybe it's not having Syd (thought she's not a huge offensive contributor anyway). 

Not sure what it is. But the effort is just nonexistent today. We're not just a step slow -- we're 2-3 steps slow in everything we do.

We aren't even running plays at this point, but it wouldn't matter if we did. No one is set in a shooting position, everyone is trying to iso against 2-3 defenders, no one clears out the lane for a driver, everyone's shot form looks awkward outside of a couple. What have these girls been doing the last couple years, sitting back and watching Mack take over each game?
