As someone who supports a program that doesn't put stickers on their helmets, I always get confused when I see teams that do use them.  I get they're for celebrating big moments, but it feels... off.

I think their definition of 'big moments' may be attending practice on time. There were O$U 3rd stringers running out the clock today with half a helmet's worth.
