Kanaan's Tech was BS and if he gets a tech for that, no shot ZZ souldn't have been T'ed up for throwing the ball at KC on that play. Crazy

We look so much better in transition.

You can see where Galloway fits. Tennessee can pressure two guys well... throw Galloway in there and then you gotta pressure three, I like our odds.

What we showed in transition is being kind of overlooked here. I think we won points in transition in this game (we were winning last time i checked), and that is a change from last season. So were our close outs. So were several lineup looks that got good runs. It was an exhibition but there were several ways in which this team, besides the players, looked different. Shouldn’t read too much into this game, but thst switch also shouldn’t be thrown so hard that differences are ignored

I REALLY like being down 6 w/16 mins to go, on the road, against a T25 team, without TG+Tucker and finding a way to win.

100% your honest opinion should be honestly shared!

Put it this way - it's been well over a year and a half since IU has beaten a ranked team at home or on the road; it was Feb 25th of Trayce's senior year when we won at Purdue. So nada the entirety of last year.

This team did that on the road on it's first try. Yes, in an exhibition, but with both teams' starters playing about 30 minutes and in a down to the wire game where we had to make plays and make shots down the stretch. That's objectively different.

I agree, winning on the road against a rank team is a big deal.  IMO, the style of play wasn’t different but what makes this team different is the personnel.  They do have a much better roster and players.
