Banksyrules Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Hopefully we figure out how to play tough ranked teams come tourney time. Quote
LamarCheeks Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Hate to say it, but I think this is the point where the game gets away from us. Don't see us recovering. Hope I'm wrong. Quote
LamarCheeks Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 PLEASE STOP INBOUNDING THE BALL TO THE CORNERS OF THE COURT. We keep getting trapped when we do that. Learn from it. Banksyrules and FloridaHoosierGirl 2 Quote
Banksyrules Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Way to look for contact McNeil. Hopefully can make a run. Quote

LamarCheeks Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 23 turnovers. Absolutely no excuse for that. FloridaHoosierGirl 1 Quote
colonel06 Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 It’s like we haven't practiced against the Buck press:( which you have to say was very successful! Quote

LamarCheeks Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Mack sometimes is like Reneau -- she waits for the double instead of going to the bucket or kicking it back out. Needs to make quicker decisions. With shooters like Garzon, Scalia CMM and Syd (when healthy) -- popping it back out is not a bad option. Banksyrules 1 Quote

JerryYeagley23 Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Am I the only one who is getting tired of all the fifth year covid players. I know we’re benefiting with Mack. But 5-6 years is just too long. Programs need to turnover or recruit and shouldn’t just be good because their best players have been there for half a decade. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted February 4, 2024 Author Posted February 4, 2024 Today was going to be a war even if Sydney had been able to play. Have to put it behind us and get ready for Michigan State next Thursday in the friendly confines of SSAH. colonel06 and FloridaHoosierGirl 2 Quote

Yeah, ready to be done with that. Huge impact on the men’s side too. Girls battled tough today had they just cut down the TOs a bit they might have been able to steal one. Quote
Todd41 Posted February 4, 2024 Posted February 4, 2024 Given no Syd and all the turnovers, we played hard until the end and gave ourselves a chance. Class of '66 Old Fart 1 Quote
