We’d have a nice lead and momentum, then he’d come in, make a few silly turnovers, and the lead would get cut in half. We had to give Enright a break, but Conerway really hurt us with poor decision making. He seemed to be visibly frustrated with his bench role down the stretch of the season. Its unfortunate that Conerway got injured, but Enright was just a better fit for our style of play. Throwing games is crazy, but I do think he was clearly pissed. Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Jamie Shaw hyping this young man - D2 fans already know. The D1 world is about to catch on. Antonio Pusateri just hit the Transfer Portal: 16.9 PPG, 11.2 RPG, 22 double-doubles. 30+ D1 programs circling as he sets up calls and visits. https://lcuchaps.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/antonio-pusateri/4928 According to the Lubbock Christian website, he never attempted a single 3 and was a pretty sad 43% FT shooter. Listed at 6'7". Quote

But a 6’7” kid that cant/wont shoot 3s and can’t make ft’s does not sound like someone that would be successful in a P4 conference. Quote
Asha’man Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Stefan Vaaks from Providence is a name to watch per Bobby Bags in the last page of this thread. Peegs mentioned him a week ago and I’d assume Bobby bags is probably a member there and Trilly and acting the insider. Vaaks is an interesting option. Demo Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Northwestern 7 footer Cade Bennerman entering the portal. Redshirted his freshman year. Had a pretty nice list before picking NW including, if you believer 247, a Michigan offer. From what I can find of him he’s really long, very fluid, runs well and appears to have a fair bit to work with. Redshirted because he’s a late developer and looks like he didn’t weigh much more than 200 when he would have hit campus. Got to confess, an athletic 7 footer with 4 years of eligibility and has been well coached for the last year hits some of my hot buttons for a backup 5 pretty good. May dig into him a bit. RoadRage Posted 33 minutes ago Posted 33 minutes ago This may be the wrong forum, but how do the NIL rules apply to players making commercials or appearing in movies? Of course not every team would have the ability to promote a player to appear in corporate commercials or a role in a movie, but some teams might have those connections. I noticed the Boozers appearing in commercials there are probably others. This seems a little unfair in that some schools may be able to promise players not only a certain amount of money but also opportunities to make even more money in commercials or a bit role in a movie! I think this may create an unfair advantage. Quote
