Just an FYI.

VA Tech plays basically a six player rotation like IU did this year with Elizabeth Kittley leading them as an elite center into the Final Four. Clearly a short rotation with a star center works very well if you have 6 really good players (which IU and VA Tech do) playing all the minutes.

Key is your star center has to stay healthy. Hokies big did. IU's did not with Holmes. That is the main reason the Hoosiers are not playing them tonight. Teams are pretty much clones of each other otherwise in similarly tough leagues they both won.

And you just answered question for one reason  regarding another capable big girl needed for IU Ladies.

I was talking about missing the Final Four this season. It would def be nice to have sixth player for next year once Berger leaves.

I noted her on random recruiting section.  I think she may have played like 38 minutes per game.  Honorable Mention All American.  IU Ladies could use a great rebounder 6’1” Double double player.  She is keeping option open to return to BYU.  1 year of eligibility.

I’d have to imagine with Holmes returning, she wouldn’t be an option for us.

She isn't, nor could we really use her. 6'1 rebounder and can't stretch the defense. Pass

She would not have minutes that would affect (Holmes or L.M.) playing time.  I don’t expect her to come to IU Ladies program….However, foul troubles with Parrish and Garzon (often poor officiating) a player like this could have a big role…..more high profile program and less minutes vs maintain 38 minutes per game = could stay at BYU or something else

She wouldn't have a role here and is not needed. She isn't skilled enough to play the 4 at IU. 

She isn't going to come here to only play when/if one of those two gets in foul trouble.

Currently, roster IU Ladies basketball is a top 3 or 4 in big ten…OSU, Maryland, Iowa, IU.  And a sweet 16+ team.

How would you know who I have watched? 

She can't shoot, we already have two girls on the roster and in our Top 6 that can't shoot. Plus she is 6'1. She doesn't fit.

I’m sure if Coach Moran feels we need more we’ll get more. Unlike many of our other programs she runs a program that I have complete faith in. If we can get better she’ll go after someone without hesitation but if they don’t fit she’ll stand still.

Obviously, she or no one else connected doesn’t care….NIL (money) will be continued or replaced or combination of both.  Not sure how all that works…

Mulky is a coach that I least like to hear or listen to anything she ever says along with the rest of the LSU program and again obviously she or no one else connected doesn’t care….or any one else for that matter lol.

Wondering how much tampering related to transfer portal goes on or including involving players and coaches before entering portal?

Van Lith deal was pretty much done before it started.  (not that it mattered or matters…were there any other visits to other schools even maybe for at least like show and tell or something)

Already, over 5000 on Van Lith instagram comments.  It will be interesting to see how well all this works regarding LSU.
