WayneFleekHoosier Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 It being a rivalry game and all I actually like our chances against Purdue. May be some distractions for Brohm with the UofL job opening as well.Agree. I like where the momentum is and being a home game could really be the difference maker. Pretty excited about it to be honest. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Walking Boot of Doom and thebigweave 2 Quote
Hoosier116 Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 Some things to like going into last couple weeks: 1. Ramsey and the offense is looking more comfortable and willing to go downfield 2. Has brought some success back to running game as Stevie has gotten going again3. Michigan will be overlooking iu with SO much on the line in the coming weeks. 4. Bucket game and bowl on the line and it’s at home. 5. Whether we like or not the only way to grow as a program is to keep bowling no matter how...3 out 4 years would be #good for iufb. 6. Why am I an iu football fan? Thanks a lot dad. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote

Vin Scully played in the Police Athletic League..no higher, but the guy knows baseball. Don Fischer played both basketball and football as a kid. Hell, even Bob Lamey played football in his youth. Lisa Byington calls the game like a fan. Like she has no knowledge of the game itself, but simply an interest in it. The Police Athletic League. Go figure! Quote
Walking Boot of Doom Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 The Police Athletic League. Go figure! And I’m over here thinking it had something to do with their decades of play by play experience. Who knew it was summer camp basketball and peewee football experience that made those guys more qualified!Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app goonaha, HoosierX and Josh 1 2 Quote
