1. I know none of us really know what's going on, but if Morgan and Milton just set dates to visit, why would they be "off the board" now?   I get that on the surface it doesn't make sense to offer 2 guys at their position, but maybe it's to ease them into a commitment during their visits, because 2 more guys are waiting in the wings.

 6. yeah, that's just stupid. With the recruiting classes he is having and with the very low expectations of IU football fans, he's got at least 5 years of straight losing before he's out.

 7. Mann is more of a wing. Shake is a college pg. T. Mann is a top 100 player, a great athlete, and the son of a D1 head coach. He is no ones backup plan.

 9. At cnnsi.com. if anything I'm more worried he will get poached if we have a good year or two. http://www.si.com/college-football/2014/08/05/coaches-hot-seat-will-muschamp-brady-hoke

 10. I believe that Wilson is doing a good job and I would keep him, although they should have made it to a Bowl game last season. That schedule was made for a Bowl game last year. I felt bad for Latimer, Hughes and the other players that have moved on. That defense was atrocious. However, his recruiting has picked up and I'm hopeful for this season.
If anyone has any insight on how the visit went today, i'd appreciate it
I haven't heard, and I know I continue to say this, but IU does well on their visits...I'd be shocked if it didn't go well. I haven't read through this thread but did see a bit of confusion as to "why taking this guy" or maybe it was just "why offer." IU has scouted him several times this July it was just typically masked in the Nick Marshall scouting as they play on the same AAU team. I have no insight as to whether taking OG helps w NM but it could. The staff could just really like OG as well. I cannot comment as I haven't even seen a highlight film let alone a full game. It may be worth noting for both cases that IU has ties to Team Thad from prior recruitments.

 12. As per usual, offers coming in for OG. Vandy and Georgia offered today.

 13. One tool he didn't have was a competent DC, Doug Mallory is the opposing offense's best weapon.  If the defense was worth a crap last season we very well could've gone to a bowl.

I just wouldn't say he's a number one priority just yet. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

 20. I hope you are not right about that.  If that is the case we are in trouble.  Another offer to an unranked player is not a good sign.  Starting front court 2015, Priller, April, and Anunoby.  Shoot me now.

 23. Whatever the reason, I wish Coach Miller well. He did a very good job while he was here and I hope we can keep, at a minimum, all of the '14 players that have signed.

Alex Bozich ‏@insidethehall 1m Per MoKan Elite coach Rodney Perry, Juwan Morgan and Shake Milton will visit IU Sept. 26-28. First reported by @JeffRabjohns. #iubb
So we're getting Juwan's last visit?

 25.   IU has a shot at the last visit. If they get it then who knows. Syracuse will be tough but they may take themselves out of the conversation before Bryant gets around to making a decision if he plans to take all 5.
