I feel badly for the women; not for PUke. Purdue WBB freshman point guard Zoja Štirn will miss the 2026-27 season following a knee injury; second Boilermaker out for the season: senior guard Aysia Proctor is also out with a knee injury -

Dude’s worth a bill and a half and yet he’s doing the 21st century equivalent of casino greeting. For Chrissake, isn’t there a monetary point where your dignity outruns extracting the last dime available to you?

I agree with this. Neb is a better team across the board than when they visited Bloomington 2yrs ago. Also, this is a road game...but IU is still better in every facet of the game. If NU plays very well and IU is sloppy or sluggish, they will lose. However, Nebraska is not great at anything and I think likely a small step below NW overall. IU should win by +17.
-
Same. Noon game can be a crazy fun day for anybody going.
-
Next interesting kick time will be Minnesota. I feel about 75% confident it will be another nooner, which is good for us. Halloween will make that tricky for anyone with kids. I know my plans will have to change significantly if it's not at noon.

At least there's no Barstool there this time :{

Yall got 3 Cups in 5 years, quit yer b*tchin. (Isles fan here, drive for five going on 40+ years and the 4th Cup was when I was 3)

No surprise here… FOX making sure they get their money’s worth. Which stinks. :-/

Wasn’t Cignetti involved last year waiting for eligibility for L. Moore? Maybe different situation but this seems like a carbon copy in the sense players and coach standing very firm about continuing to go about about their business confident and sure courts are going to play out in their favor. Would lesser confident coaches pursue it that way? “I win! Google Me.” AI… “irreparable harm” favors players. High probability Post season play interrupted. Moderate risk. Conclusion: “irreparable harm” favors players. High probability. 3.5 months season expires. -
I'll do my best! I have to learn who's who again.

We will require a complete game and player breakdown :))

Just got my tickets! Excited to see this team firsthand.

I disagree perception and spin matter more than they used to in football. It used to be you had to win your conference or at least play in your title game to even sniff the chance at a NC. Now that we have the 12 team playoffs the rankings matter more than they did before. No longer is it just go out and win the games. Now a 2 loss OSU team because they are perceived to be of better quality than other 10-2 teams gets to go to the playoffs and win a NC. Same with Miami last year. IU can just go out and win all our games to give no excuse sure. But why do we have to be perfect. Right now we would be hosting a pretty star studded team in LSU in Bloomington. While OSU would get rewarded with the G6 school And 3 teams who like us havent played anybody of merit would get rewarded with a bye. If they are using a different standard now they will use one at the end of the year I could totally see a 12-1 Georgia being seeded above a 13-0 Indiana

I've only seen 2 games, but I can see potential there. Unfortunately, I've been conditioned to expect heartache lol
-
Their line play is average at best. Both Rhule and Barney have been banged up, there two most explosive players. The QB is dual threat but considerably less evasive than a Chilles. Barring early TOs this one evasive be another Tyler Cherry game in the 4Q. A great step up in competition in preparation for Ohio State
-
Hawks are bad right now but they have one of the best prospect pools in the sport. And if Bedard can ever stay healthy they could at least be interesting.
-
Agreed. My annoyance is that there’s a real chance that several teams are going undefeated. Seeding does matter. And sadly the CFP looks at the rankings. If IU, Georgia and Miami/Notre Dame go undefeated. We will be the 3 seed despite by end of season our schedule trouncing Notre Dame and Miami.
