IU - 38 Huskers - 17

No doubt, I feel the same way.

Their fans seem confident. Think this will be a tougher road test than most think. Have not watched one snap for Nebraska but the line being only 7.5 tells me we need to be ready and be on our game. I do seem to remember hearing that they get alot of penalties and play undisciplined.

So, if my reading comprehension is intact, it’s still a coin flip in regards to their season- long eligibility?

Sounds like adidas stepped in and helped as well

Da word has leakethed.

Would be tremendous

It’s happening. Not done yet, but it’s happening.

So now what happens??

My confidence in DeVries would improve considerably if he can pull a 5 star recruit out of Arizona.

By the way over on3 there Recruiting Prediction Machine has 3 predictions in for Wabbington all going to IU. Jamie Shaw & Jason Scheer of Arizona's On3 have a 90% confidence. Joe Tipton with a 65% confidence.

I'm the same way, I just watched some of his highlights today. Very skilled player. Guys his size that can handle the ball, shoot, and pass like him typically translate faster to the college game. He's not an explosive athlete but he knows how to play and where to be. He and Branham would be a great smaller class to bring in.

No doubt. I think what we are going to see moving is a team that's 3/5 long term players, 1/5 one and done type special talents out of HS the end up top NBA picks and the other 1/5 from being opportunistic in the portal. This will be fluid though because if there is an exodus they will need to hit the portal in those years.

Never want to see little brother win a game, ever, but this one was probably worth it for this alone.

31-23 IU

It would make 3. Not sure Sokolov is more than a 1 year rental. It would seem we are counting on losing Sherrill. And maybe Yigi too but I’m not sure where he’s going. Keeping the vast majority of this roster together will be a best pathway to good results. Teams are getting older and better. We need to do the same thing.

Chacho Womack? Oh hell yes. Such a great name for a young fella.

Getting Wabby would be huge to go with Branham but I hope I wrong but I just don't see it the German player/prospect. Would love to see IU get a true PG stud and in this modern NIL transfer portal era and the money that IU possesses you've got to figure 1 splash pickup from the portal.

Let's see what's going on in this thread...

For the most part I don't watch highlights for recruits until they commit anymore, but I just let myself watch Wabbington's junior year hudl tape and I'm feeling more excited about IUBB than I have since 2016. This kid just moves like a pro. IMO if next year we've got Burton and Lindsay back + Prince and Branham with Mustaf, Karvala, and Manhurtz on the wings, and Wabbington + Yig or a solid big man back up transfer is a potentially very high ceiling team.

This sounds like fun. Hope it’s the case. Would appear to be a Sherrill replacement, but I selfishly want Sherrill back. Branham/Wabbington are a great duo to build off of. Talented players

My biggest concern is Colandrea. He actually worries me more than someone like Sayin because of his mobility. Some of these mobile QBs I.e., chiles seem to have incredible escape like capabilities. I don’t know if it’s happens with other teams, but it always seems to happen to us. I think we win, but I’d feel better about the game if Raiola was still qb…solely because of mobility.

Also think I saw somewhere that IU is on King Bacot, Armando’s brother and a ‘29 SG who’s at Petersburg as well.
