Although I’m sick of his “act”…..today I LOVE PJ Fleck and the Gophers. Would love to see them give PSU loss #2.

A loss here for Franklin and PSU is eliminated from the Big 10 Championship

Year after year you hear about how Penn State has a blue chip guy at quarterback.  Every year they are pretty inaccurate and never make it at the next level.

In regards to the playoff I have to remind myself….

No, we did not look as good as OSU who is probably one of the best, if not best, 2-3 teams in CFB but to make the playoff we just need to look better than the 10th or 11th best team. We might still slide in.

One of the best examples was the “prototypical NFL QB”, on paper, Christian Hackenburg who declared early and flamed out.

P.J. Fleck just getting too cute.  2nd and goal from the 9, tries a freaking swing pass to the eligible left tackle that wasn't even close to being caught.  Have to settle for 3, Penn State 26-25 now

Arizona State fails to get a 3rd and 1 at the BYU 11.  Now 4th and 1, Arizona State up 5, BYU timeout, 2:40 left.  Will be an interesting call on the other side of the timeout.  Arizona State can kick the field goal to go up 8 or they can go for the first down which would make it very difficult for BYU to win should they get it.  Sun Devils do have an excellent back should they go for it.

Two big SEC games later:  A&M at Auburn and Alabama at Oklahoma.

Arizona State goes for it with a shaky kicker....running back went the wrong way and the quarterback had to try to scramble for the first down.  They don't get it.  2 1/2 minutes left, BYU takes the lead with a touchdown.

Arizona State blowing it.  BYU up to the their own 37 in two plays.  Two minute warning.

It would be better for IU if BYU lost as that would insure every Big 12 team had two losses prior to the conference championship.
