Like they didn't used to. When you copy a tweet it embeds on the PC and doesn't show the text on the app.

Actually, I just went to screenshot one for you and they're working now so... You did it!

The app is not registering the threads I have already read very well, but I don't think you have any control over that.

I mean. It just listed this as an unread post. I can't not have read my own post app. It didn't used to be that bad at least.

And this post was entirely blank. Still is. That's pretty much the Twitter issue.

Yeah the app doesn't seem to recognize why threads have been read very well. If I read them all and then log back in 5 min later, it will show everything as unread again.

I installed the updated app last night. Now I can only sign in when I click on web view. When I click on sign in out of web view it just closes the option.

The tweet you posted shows up in web view, but not the app version.

Everyone else already answered, but of the two choices this way is worse.

I can read your first message once I hit "quote" and it turns off the formatting or whatever it does. This second one is just the url.

Make sure you are using your display name (geometry Hoosier" to log in. That could be your issue. Otherwise, the app should log you in like normal. iOS or android?

Keep logging your concerns and issues in here. I'm sure we'll have a few bugs we have to work out with a new launch, but it's good to get the feedback now.

Not the end solution, but in the mean time you can see the little red indicator on the left of threads you haven't read vs ones you have.

iPhone. On the top right of the app there are the three lines that give you options. One option says log in, but when I touch it it just disappears without giving me the opportunity to type in my user name.

Try deleting the app and doing a fresh install. I just logged out and logged back in no issue.

Took a few minutes to adjust to the new iOS app but it's definitely 10x better than the old one! Much smoother design and navigation. Good job, guys!!
