After seeing his NW post game presser, this one has to be a classic. And no I can't ever remember him taking blame for any of his program's failures on or off the court. Great coaches always take the blame when the product on the floor sucks; and not take the glory when they win.

I know a lot of us can't stand him (me included ), but I gained so much respect for Cal after the UCONN loss last year for taking responsibility for the loss. Saying he and his coaching staff didn't put their players in the best position to win. That's what Crean does all the time with his crazy lineups, switching D's in middle of possessions, etc. Doesn't put us in the best position to win, but you never hear him say it.

We couldn't deal with their size.  The players didn't do what they needed to. Recognition wasn't good, yada yada yada.

Whose fault is the lack of size? Yogi defending White was an opposing coach's dream. White was the Big 10 player of the week and we are going to defend him with a player 10" shorter. I don't care if he is our best defender. This matchup wasn't due to switching.

The mental state of this team must be as fragile as an egg shell for CTC to take a view that he isn't frustrated or disappointed. His appeal to fans to before the game and other things make me think this team doesn't have a healthy mental state. JBJ looked like he was going to throw up on the bench. His confidence looks really low.

Hours of video haven't gotten through to them that weak, finger rolls against big players won't be successful. That is if we can get the ball to the rim. We often lose the ball dribbling to the basket.

This is the second year in a row we have tanked. I wish we could bring in a group of former players to talk with the team to find out why it is happening. It has to stop this year.

Very weak that he sent that many players out there. It was a clear blame them not me thing.

It looked as if they were put out there for  public humiliation.

Kind of like putting the kid that shoplifted on the corner with a sign proclaiming such.

The kids look totally beaten and tired.

Crean talks about how physical the game was and our lack of free throws ,basically blaming the officiating without saying it directly.

It's the players and the refs fault because it couldn't be his.

The truth is the Big Ten is a physical league and small ball wont ever get it done here.I'm done with this Clown.

Is the interview tense?

It was a a usual post game with no real intensity just matter of fact.  Crean is proud of the good and hard practices over the last several days.  He said the "recognition" by everybody was not good however, driving when a 3 should be taken and even who should be taking the shot.  CTC seemed business as usual and no big deal really.
