True. Any mid/low-major at-large should make it fair then. Although I do think a conference like the A-10 will sway it because I’m not sure I’d consider it a true mid-major. His specific example of ETSU, which I’d definitely consider a low major, is what sparked this. 

So... according Lunardi teams with a bunch of losses and under .500 in conference shouldn’t be in. So I’ll use those standards but with those who were 9 seeds and lower. And then low/mid majors who got at large bids as 9 seeds or lower. Those teams are considered “equals” in a way at least.
