Taking guesses on their statistical best player. I’ll try to do the leg work of finding it. My money is on #10.

Spoilers below:

#1 Emmanuel Coffy appears to…kind of be him? Usually leads them in FGA, had 40pts in their game before NDSU. Really shocked by this. I thought he was a teacher they let hold the ball in the team photo.

#3 Nash Chaney, not to be confused with Calbert. (Back row, furthest to the left) when Coffy isn’t scoring, Chaney picks up the slack. Had a 20pt outing earlier this season.

That’s really it. Another gem while scouring box scores…They played a school called University of Minnesota-Norris featuring a guy by the name of, and I can’t make this up, Gus Gunderson. I felt like I was looking through the cast of Fargo.

Probably. Also guessing that the kid back row left in the red shoes probably plays the #1 board on the chess team.

This is 4 days before the 40-piece game, but our guy had 17 on 7-17 shooting and 15 boards in a 1 point win. Had a clutch assist with 3 seconds left to take the lead. This game was played in Sisseton, SD with a box score attendance of 0. I guess the people in the stands don’t count. Lazy reporting.

I……watched more of this than I care to admit.

Fran is nuts. Coaches having to “hold” him back all the time. He’s a disgrace. Maybe Stuhoo’s projection isn’t far off.

It's crazy that in college basketball this type of behavior is acceptable. Grown men acting like spoiled children throwing fits. Why would parents want their children learning how to act from guys like this?

Always been one of my gripes, among others, with Izzo (Fran too). He's allowed to act like a raving, petulant child on the sideline and nothing happens.

Then another coach calmly complains and they get T'd up.

The bench T at Iowa last year followed by McCaffrey getting T’d late in the game and then the refs waving the T off was nuts.
