Are we supposed to want players to take risk or make the right play?

NBA culture isn’t any better than the annoying Formula 1 craze (that seems to thankfully be dying off) imo. It’s all about the storylines and no one actually watches any ball.

I firmly believe 95% of NBA takes you see all over the media are based off of watching 10 minute game recaps on Youtube. This is why Tyrese has very little chance of getting a fraction of the respect he deserves. No one gives a damn about him unless he hits 7 3s against the Sixers.

As a open wheel racing fan for over 65 years, I agree completely. I watched F1 quite a bit back when n Micheal Andretti was racing there.  Jim Clark was one of my favorite drivers of all time. But these days, I don't even know what they are doing. Strategy racing is not racing to me. Sorry for going off topic but I see a sport I really loved being ruined. Kinda like college sports.

Keep fighting the good fight! Today’s F1 is horrible.

I highly blame fantasy sports and betting on the absolute garbage sports discussions that happen anymore.

"Oh my he suck! He only scored 35 and had 15 assists! He needed 36 for me to win my bet! Dude is garbage!"

This is the type of crap now. And highlights don't help. Same for the game itself and the young kids who just get shown highlight films. Doesn't help that ESPN and TNT only want to show Boston, Philly, Phoenix and the Lakers.

It truly blows me away that the Kings traded him

Eh they had two of the best young guards in the league, but I dont think either was going to reach their potential sharing the lead guard role. They had to ditch one and they got Domas in return. Both teams won that trade.

Love these stories. Un-recruited out of Terre Haute South. 2 years at Vincennes and turned himself into a mid-major guy. Went to Wichita St and barely played his 1st year.  Started for 2 years. Had a nice 2nd year. Undrafted. Now getting minutes in the League and has a chance to stay. Nobody gave that kid anything. Good for him.

As I understand it, he “escaped” a pretty rough home/life situation too.

Screw that Purdue rock fight. This Pacers Hawks games is one of the best regular season NBA games I’ve ever seen. The in season tournament has been really fun actually.

I was legit one of the dumbest games I've watched in a while. But dumb like this is entertaining to me. So I loved it

Both teams currently shooting sub 35%. But hey they have a combined 64 free throw attempts. And some people wonder why I struggle to watch college basketball.

I'm more concerned about the players slipping and falling when it comes to the courts.

I am surprised we haven't seen any major injuries happen yet.

Pretty sure the floors are finished just like they normally are. The wood under the finish is just painted instead of stained. They aren’t vinyl stickers like we see at CBB tournaments.

By serious injuries I'm thinking dizziness, headaches, hallucinations that all lead to something lol.
