Yogi and Stan Arrested....

Recommended Posts

Depends on what you think lying is. I guess. Hwy1 ^^^^

You know I already posted that? Second post, did they "******" (arrest) him(no)? Did something happen (looks like)? Did he lie? (no)

Did you lie about saying he lied? (yes)
Noah was trying to get into Dunkirk a few weeks back with the line "I'm going to the NBA." The bouncer replied "You're 7ft tall and everyone knows you're 18, I'm glad you'll have a job soon; I'd like to keep mine."
It blows my mind that these guys actually use the "I'm going to the NBA" line.

We differ on opinions on this. Not going to be resolved. I'm dropping it. But Crean needs to get a tighter grip on his players.

I'll agree on the last sentence. You lied when you said he you never called him a liar though. That is not an opinion, it's fact.

gotta love a bouncer at a bar in a college town...wisdom trumps arrogance...

Every.Single.Time.

It begs the question what did he do to be put in cuffs? If you try to enter a bar underage they generally shoo you away and you move on. Unless there was a fake ID involved (which considering their notoriety I doubt) or they raised a ruckus which caused them to be cuffed. Then it was their notoriety that got them out of real trouble. If it were an average schmo I bet a citation would have been issued.
Like I said earlier. You called Yogi a liar before we even had any idea what happened. I said it's too early to say. You want to apologize?
Technically Yogi didn't lie. He wasn't arrested.

Getting cuffed doesn't always mean you did something. I was cuffed at a bar fight once and I had nothing to do with it. Wrong place at the wrong time.  They let me go on the bartenders word but I checked it out, they have record of it and that was 17 years ago.

Pretty sure the cuffs were from an undercover officer who pulled them aside. Not from the bar. It's honestly mind blowing those guys get into any bar at IU. It's pretty damn obvious how old they are and who they are.

I bet there is no record of it because the reporters didn't check the right place. I bet it was Excise or ATF that pulled them aside and not Btown or IUPD

I was coming here to say the same thing. If twitter is to be believed, "undercover" cops at bars are usually the state excise police (at least in my experience 10 yrs ago). Of course the Bloomington sheriff  wouldn't have a report.
