I posted a comment on ESPN and a Heat replied in 12 seconds. They must be constantly refreshing the page looking to lash out at anyone and everyone. lol

There was some dude who popped up on Indycornrows game chat after the game to pick a fight about the refs. I'll never understand some people's need to pick fights with strangers on the internet

Yea that was awesome. He should've gotten a tech there too for throwing the ball 20 feet into the air

I used to look through ESPN comment sections when I got bored. The only thing funnier than those are the Facebook comment sections on Pacers posts.

What were the comments?

Dwyane Wade asked about Stephenson: "I don't really play those games that Lance plays. The refs took care of it."

This is the one that really got me, because it was a load of crap.

"That was an angry Heat locker room. Angry about the officials' treatment of LeBron. And angry about Stephenson's antics."

Not specific to Wade but still irked me, especially the comment about the treatment of LeBron. The guy shot 15 free throws, what more did they want

I will say that the verticality ruling for Hibbert is the most bizarre rule in all of sports. That drive late in the game when Lebron attacked the rim and Hibbert jumped straight into the air was insane. The contact on that one play knocked the wind out of both players with no foul.

I know the rule is there and Hibbert is the poster child for the rule; but it's just crazy to see that much contact with no call either way.

Verticality is the hardest call in the sport. I did see someone suggest just get rid of it and reward the offensive player every time, which I just can't get behind. I can't stand when league's make moves to give an overly decisive advantage to one side of the ball, and most of the time it is always to give the offensive player some kind of advantage. I do agree something should be called, but it should still be up to the refs decision, and not just reward the offensive player every time

That's what continuation is doing, and I don't like it.  They'll give the advantage to the offensive side because casual fans just want to see points points and more points, nevermind that that in and of itself is terrible basketball.

True. It is disappointing.
