Just put your self in a room with people that are slower than you. You try to stand in front of those people or even kids and say that word to them. Call them that right to their faces. Then walk out and see if u can live with guilty feeling that you just put down people who can't help their condition. Because if you can then you need help my friend. Any good hearted people take into consideration of other people's feelings. Reading some of this makes me sick. You wanna call yourself a good person? Put yourself in that scenario and think of how you would feel.
