Pretty good showing from JB. Much better showing than Vonleh had. If that last 3 woulda dipped?!?!? Dang..

I hate Trey Lyles b/c of the way he played IU, but man he is just what the Doctor ordered. We would be sick with him next year. Funny/ironic how it played out. He would have got 28-35 minutes a game at IU and been featured. He will be behind D. Johnson, M. Lee and Towns from Kentucky. Be interesting to see how Treys playing time pans out.

you know Crean would have found a way to prevent him from playing 28-35 minutes next year

Cody and Vic only played 29/28 minutes per game their last years on campus

think about that!

That really hurt Cody and Vic in the draft.

I don't see the need to sass him, he's just pointing out that it's not creans style for someone to play 30+ minutes a game.

Subbing like that has it's pros and cons, just like every other philosophy.

Excited for JB2 after that performance!!!

The play was drawn up for Tyus Jones, but Blackmon was option 2.  That still say a lot.  He took the shot and his teammates seemed okay with it.  I would have liked to see a replay to see if he was fouled, as he said.

He definitely needs to work on his strength, that will be his biggest need improvement.

Going to be great watching him.  I am selfishly hoping for a 2 or 3 year career.  SELFISHLY.

Hopefully he's like our shabazz Napier next year

I guess you didn't read the way he wrote it very well then.

That's also true. Even a poor mans version would be fine with me.

I'm expecting Dakari to leave. Has tons of upside, and this tournament along with late season play has done nothing but lift his profile. He'll be getting paid the big bucks to learn how to play the game, and it would be a shock if he wasn't guaranteed a first round pick by someone willing to take a chance on him
