You Favorite Cody Zeller and Victor Oladipo Moment

Recommended Posts

The post-game presser water bottle shenanigans that included Jordy Hulls.  Friggin' hilarious!

That was good.  Vic had a look on his face like "really?  whatever" and just went with it.  It would've been classic if Jordy grabbed his water and put it out of Vic's reach.

I loved that presser lol. Great stuff. There are a ton of great moments to choose from with these two great players.

For me.....

Cody - Him basically winning the UM game for the Big10 Title. He was awesome down the stretch. (Elbowing Meyers Leonard in the face, and him taking it to Anthony Davis both times are close)

Vic - Probably the emotion he showed after the IU win, and then seeing Coach cry because of it. (OSU rebound dunk was insane, and the "In Your Face Dunk" against Central Conn St.)

Anytime, that's what I'm here for. I was hoping for the full interview. It had Cody, Vic, and Coach after that victory. Vic started talking and coach started balling. Such an amazing moment between coach and Victor. Cody and Vic will be missed greatly by everyone.

One thing you can always tell about coach is that he genuinely cares about the players and wants to do the very best for every one of them.

Exactly. Really wish I could fine that full post game interview. Wish recruits could see that video.

Vic after winning UM and Cody when he gave the elbow to the face, when he got into Mitch McGary's head, and finally on good performance at Michigan allowing us to win the conference title outright and the list goes on and on.

Yeah, Vic after UM was just downright special.  Him crying with Crean.  I also thought him against MSU last year where he just took over the game and carried us to victory.  My lasting thought of Cody is getting hit in the nuts in his 1st college game (sad isn't it?) and not making a big deal of it.  Quietly going to the ref, not making a scene like most would have, and taking care of it quietly.  That showed everyone that kid was the epitome of class.  We were lucky to get both at a time where it wasn't cool to come to IU.  They have laid a foundation for the future.

Yes I do remember who initiated that we will never know. I think a hit to those family jewels was considered legal good thing no one was hurt.
