First knew you were an IU fan: The first time I became an IU fan was in 2002 when we went to the finals and I can remember watching us play Duke and Maryland while on spring break

Favorite sports teams: Indianapolis Colts, Charlotte Bobcats, and the Indiana Fever

Did you attend IU: I did not attend IU I always wanted to

Favorite basketball memory: I have several beating Duke in the Sweet 16, beating Michigan at Michigan for the conference outright, and beating UK who I despise

Favorite IU player of all time: I have several Cody, Vic, Jordy, Jared Jefferies, DJ White

Favorite IU football memory: When we beat Purdue to get the bucket

Favorite IU football player: Nate Sudfeld

Best IU sports game ever attended: Watching us beat MSU in AH my freshmen year of college

Approximate Age and Location   -   18 in Btown

 

Are you a born and raised IU fan?    -   Been an IU family as long as I can remember.

 

When you first knew you were an IU fan?    -   Duke game in 2002. Loved that team, even though I was young. Made a bet with my dad that if IU won I could pie him in the face... He had NO faith in that squad.

 

What sports did you play in High School and College?    -  Show choir and varsity tennis, both in high school.

 

Besides IU, favorite sports teams?    -   Miami Dolphins, Notre Dame football, Philadelphia Phillies, Cleveland Cavaliers (wish they would've taken Oladipo)

 

Did you attend IU?    -   Attending class right this moment!

 

What is your favorite IU Basketball Memory?     -      The WATshot.

 

Who is your favorite basketball player of all time?    -     Malik Story... Yes, he only played one year, but for some reason I was infatuated with him. As for a real player, probably Dipo.

 

What is your favorite IU Football memory?    -     Going bowling a few years back, even if we got blown out.

 

Who is your favorite IU Football player?    -    Kellen Lewis. He was a monster dual-threat guy.

 

Best IU Sports game ever attended?    -   IU vs. Ohio State in 2011 just because it was a really good team led by Evan Turner. IU sucked, but it ended up being a good game. (I have student tickets this year, so I should see a few good conference games).

 

What brings you to this board?    -     I love sports in general, but mainly IU sports.

Approximate Age and Location: 20 and Bloomington

Are you a born and raised IU fan?: Yes have always loved the Hoosiers!

When you first knew you were an IU fan?: always known, but really earliest I can remember was when A.J. Guyton was a player. Favorite IU player until Vic of course.

What sports did you play in High School and College? Played football (favorite sport) and baseball in high school. Only played basketball my freshman year.

Besides IU, favorite sports teams? Colts. Notre Dame football, yeah I know sorry can't help it but IU football has become a priority above them this year as I have made it to every game. Trying to become a pacer fan it's just hard because I prefer college sports.

Did you attend IU? Here now!!!!

What is your favorite IU Basketball Memory? Wow so many even though I am so young. Probably the Michigan state game at home last year just because I Waited in line for six hours in 20 degree weather to be in the third row. Awesome game!

Transferring to the school has opened my eyes to the culture that is IU and what basketball really means here. I love basketball so I love IU fans.

What is your favorite IU Basketball Memory?     -      From the dreadful 6-win '08 season... I was visiting my great grandpa in the nursing home, the second to last time I saw him before he passed if I remember correctly, and he was watching an IU game.
