Averaged 12.3 points, 9.7 rebounds and 4.3 blocked shots per game for the Class 4A third-ranked Red Devils, who are 23-3 going into the regional on Saturday at Southport Fieldhouse against No. 4 Mt. Vernon (24-3).

They had been recruiting him since the 8th grade.  This one had been decided a while ago

Hill seems to be the unlimited ceiling/questionable motor kid that could be TJD ... or could be Xavier Booker.

Booker was so obvious to anyone who watched him play. That rating was always based on potential. 

Haven't seen anything other than a few highlights on Hill but that frame did give me Booker vibes. Does he play like him? Perimeter oriented?
