This has flown under the radar, but Raheem has dressed the last couple weeks and even played a little for the Chargers last night. 

I never would’ve guessed. Good for him.

Raheem has made LA’s initial 53-man roster. Pretty dang impressive for a guy who never really popped in his time at IU.

Interesting. If you would have bet on Layne or Mullen making it, wouldn't it have been Mullen?

I know absolutely zero about the Chargers’ depth or scheme, so just from their time at IU I would’ve picked Mullen, but Layne has been in their facility for over a year now and seems to have really bought into playing special teams.

Raheem got signed by the G-Men, adding another Hoosier to their defense alongside McFadden and Ryder Anderson. Coming off a torn ACL last year, but he had found a role with special teams and safety depth in LA.
