Anyone know why we’re wearing red uniforms at home tonight?

The only time I’ve seen that is when Portland State (I think) men forgot their road green uniforms!

Mackenzie with 18 pts. on 9-10 shooting and Hoosiers have a 39-21 halftime lead.  A strong 2nd Q pushed our FG% up to  52%.   Norfolk just 8-30 for 27% and 5-12 on 3s.  We held them scoreless for over 7 min. in the quarter.

Ali has 9 pts. and 6 assists.  As a team we have 13 assists on 14 made field goals.

End of 3 and it's a 57-36 rout.    Holmes 20, Gulbe and Patberg each with 15.  Gulbe with 9 reb. and a double double in reach.  Grace with just 4 points on 1-7 FG but she has 6 reb and 9 assists.  As a team we have 19 assists on 21 made FG.

72-42 final score.

Points:  Holmes 22 / Gulbe  22 / Patberg 17

Reb:  Gulbe 12 / Berger 7

Asst:  Berger 11 / Patberg 6 / Cardano-Hillary 4

Only bad statistic is 19 TOs with 6 coming from Gulbe and 4 from Berger.

Thanks for the updates! Such a well rounded team. Holmes is the Kevin McHale of women's college basketball.

Norfolk St didn't have time to do laundry after wearing their road uniforms Sunday at OSU. This sounds funny but it is the truth.

I thought it was odd we scheduled this game just 2 days after the UK game.

Cool story on why we’re playing there. When Morten gets an out of state commit, she tries to schedule a road game in that area so the  player gets to play near family and friends! This one is for Holmes
