RaceToTheTop Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 NCAA made a rule out players not be granted time outs when falling out of bounds a couple of years back. Big Ten refs just completely ignored that and granted Brad Davison a time out that sealed their win against Penn State. HoosierAloha 1 Quote
