SERIES HISTORY Iowa leads 50-19 LAST MEETING 3/8/19 – L, 61-70 (Indianapolis) NOTES Indiana won its fourth-consecutive game and opened up Big Ten play with a 4-0 record for the first time ever in a 66-48 win over Purdue on Thursday night. It's the longest conference win streak for the program since the 2017-18 season when they won a program-best eight games-in-a-row. It has won all four games by double figures - the longest such streak since the 2015-16 season - and have the only undefeated conference record in the Big Ten. Redshirt junior guard Ali Patberg led the way with 18 points and sophomore forward Aleksa Gulbe added 10 points and a team-high eight rebounds against the Boilermakers, who IU has defeated in five of the last six meetings. Patberg has flipped a switch in conference play, leading the team with 17.3 points per game through four Big Ten matchups. She's shooting 70.6 percent from the floor and 77.8 percent from 3-point range (7-for-9) in that span. Patberg has added 4.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game as well. The Hoosiers will put not only their current season win streak but also an unblemished 4-0 mark in road games on the line on Sunday. They have picked up wins in true road games at Florida, Miami, Butler and Rutgers this season and are a combined 6-1 when not playing in Bloomington. Three of IU's next four games will be on the road. The home team in this series has won the last five meetings dating back to 2016.
