haven't read most of this thread yet so idk if this point has already been made but I think we'll see a different team once collin comes back. He seems like he's our only true leader and I'm confident he'll be able to talk a lot of people thru things on the defensive end of the court and really facilitate our play

If we have to have Hartman to find any kind of success, IU is in trouble. I love him as player, but he can’t stay on the court health wise.

He is also not even the greatest player. An awesome guy, a great Hoosier, a solid leader, a consistent shooter but not really that great of a player.

In his absence, his ability has been over exaggerated, but I will say, we could really use his shooting as he is probably the best and most consistent 3 point shooter we have.

It isn't even his ability to score, it's the fact that he's a leader and that's been evident in years past. He is a mature player, unlike most of this team.

I would say Hartman's greatest basketball strength is his basketball IQ and communication. Two aspects that allow less talented teams beat better talent.

It amazes me that people will seek out a coach or instructor that will help them get in better shape or more athletic but don't put the same effort into "learning" the game or studying film.
