Josh Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Yo Nips, you ok? It hit you a lot harder than it hit me, and I was without power for a rough 5 days. Can anybody confirm that he's ok? ALASKA HOOSIER and Napleshoosier 2 Quote
HoosierDribbler Posted September 20, 2017 Posted September 20, 2017 We were without power for 7 days. Damn, those were miserable hot days. We live just south of Gainesville. mamasa, Class of '66 Old Fart, WayneFleekHoosier and 2 others 5 Quote

A couple roof tiles missing and pool screens blown out so not a big deal. Naples got Smacked hard. Some still no power. Bonita flooded. Still full of water. Gas, food etc available now. Ready for Romeo to give that IU commit! Not even a hurricane can keep your IU love down!! Glad everyone is safe and (relatively) damage free thebigweave, GloryDays, Dalton26 and 2 others 5 Quote

Ready for Romeo to give that IU commit! I'm right about where you have been damage-wise. One tree down in the yard, went 48 hours without power, damn I feel fortunate that we were not permanently affected. Glad to hear you pulled through reasonably well Nips. Naturalhoosier Posted September 20, 2017 Posted September 20, 2017 Glad to hear that our Florida peeps are alive and well with no direct catastrophic impact. ALASKA HOOSIER, GloryDays, Napleshoosier and 2 others 5 Quote
Popular Post Josh Posted September 20, 2017 Popular Post Posted September 20, 2017 That's great news. We still don't have bread, milk or eggs at the grocery stores, but gas is available now. We all got very lucky. It sucked sleeping on my brother in law's foldout for a couple nights (mdn, how do you stand living in your mother's basement for so long?) so it's good to get back to semi normal.
