IU vs Nebraska Game Thread

Kills me all of the Newkirk bashing. Same amount of TO'S as Rojo on the season thus far. Close to 2 to 1 assist/to ratio which is best among our guards. Yeah his shooting is suspect but he is on par with Rojo on defense and better than JBJ. He ain't Yogi...but who is? By the way...Cujo and Green a negative assist/ratio.

The only thing that kills me with Newkirk is his basketball IQ (or lack there of). Cujo and Devonte are freshmen, you gotta give them some cushion there, plus when you get so little amount of playing time you're going to try to do too much when you get the chance, so of course they might have more turnovers than others. At least with Green I see a great basketball IQ, along with a semi consistent jump shot.

Let inferior teams hang around and it could be a disaster. A few timely shots and you lose the game.

We're one of the more athletic teams in the B1G but we have to be towards at the bottom in collective bball IQ.

Having to play zone against Nebraska because the man to man wasn't working is telling.  That may not bode well for a  successful BiG season.
